Properties: Technical grade is dark brown liquid with hydrogen sulfide odour; and the appearance of pure form of o,o-diethyl dithiophosphate is transparent colourless oil-liquid; Relative Density 1.111(20°C);Boiling Point 92°C-94°C(1.2 kPa), 600.13kPa; Refractive index 1.5120; Easy to dissolve in water,organic solvents; Flash point: 82; Strong causticity, decomposable under heat.

Uses: An important pesticide intermediate, which can be used to produce organic phosphorus pesticides. What is more, it can synthesize another organic phosphorus intermediate by chlorination.
