Diethyl thio phosphoryl chloride(DETC)can be used as an intermediate for organic pesticides and pharmacy,such as chlorpyrifos, ceftriaxone sodium.It's properties is as belows:
Relative Density 1.180-1.200(25°C/4°C);Boiling Point 71.5°C-72°C(7mm Hg); Refractive index 1.4720-1.4780(25°C);insoluble in water; easy to dissolve in organic solvents such as benzene ,ethanol, ether and etc.
a. The appearance of pure form of DETC is colorless transparent liquid ,and technical grade is milky or slight yellow oil-like liquid.
b. The appearance of refined DETC is colorless transparent liquid.
